McKinley Campus / South Creek Campus / Bayview Chapel Campus

Chosen is a ministry of the Wesleyan Church of Hamburg open to families in WNY whose lives are impacted by adoption, foster care and caring for vulnerable and orphaned children both locally & throughout the world.

Chosen is here to support, encourage & equip BOTH families that are called to adopt, foster & care for vulnerable children AND for those that are called to support the families who are on this journey!

We have had the privilege to host events that celebrate and encourage families created through adoption and foster care, bring awareness to the needs of adoptive / foster families, vulnerable & orphaned children throughout the world, and help to equip families and others that are in lives the of children that come from "hard places" in conferences and support groups.

As the Church, James 1:27 tells us that we are called to "care for the orphans"! Not everyone is called to adopt or foster, but we are all called to do something to care for these children!

What are you being called to? Contact us at for more information!!

"For he chose us in him before the creation of the world to be holy and blameless in his sight. In love he predestined us for adoption to sonship through Jesus Christ, in accordance with his pleasure and will-" Ephesians 1:4-5

"Pure and genuine religion in the sight of God the Father means caring for orphans and widows in their distress and refusing to let the world corrupt you." James 1:27
